Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the property management and oversight services provided by Northstone Hellas. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Services
Northstone Hellas provides boutique property care, operational oversight, maintenance coordination, and hygiene support for property owners in Greece. Our services are tailored to the specific needs of remote investment owners and Airbnb hosts, ensuring professional physical presence and meticulous organization.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Clients must be at least 18 years of age and hold legal authority over the property being managed. Account registration requires accurate documentation of property ownership and valid contact information to ensure seamless coordination and emergency response.
3. Owner Responsibilities
Owners are responsible for maintaining valid property insurance, ensuring utilities are functional, and providing necessary access keys or codes. Owners must also disclose any pre-existing technical issues or legal restrictions affecting the property's operation.
4. Agency Responsibilities
Northstone Hellas commits to frequent property inspections, vendor supervision, and transparent reporting. We act as your local advocate, ensuring high standards of hygiene and maintenance are upheld by third-party service providers under our coordination.
5. Fees & Payments
Service fees are billed monthly or per engagement as outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of oversight services until the account is settled.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Agreement terminations require a 30-day written notice from either party. Any emergency maintenance actions already in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed and billed accordingly to protect the property's integrity.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
Northstone Hellas acts as an oversight coordinator and is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, utility failures, or defaults by independent third-party contractors. We do not provide legal or financial advice regarding property investments.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
